Coach Training, Online

The evolvia Coach Training Online is a challenging and advanced program built on theories and practises in the coaching methodology as defined by the International Coach Federation. The program offers training in the core competences of coaching. The methodology is based on practical exercises and self-reflection. The program is designed to make you a coach and provide you with the fundamental knowledge and qualifications for international certification, as for example, Associated Certified Coach, ACC with the International Coach Federation. The program is in the process of applying for the certification of Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) with the International Coach Federation.

While the program environment is virtual, it demands a high level of integrity, accurate and respectful time management, and your disciplined presence, which are all ideal qualities of a professional coach.

PART ONE - 60 hours of specific coach training structured in 2 hour online weekly meetings.

PART TWO - coaching experience
To apply for an international certification of the International Coach Federation, you need further 100 hours of coaching that you offer. For a very focused and serious approach, for the eager participants, one suggested approach is to use 3-4 hours on coaching offered by you during these 30 weeks which will make up more than 100 hours. One part of the training is to meet with other participants every week in order to offer mutual coaching for a total of 2 hours. Then the suggestion is to set up meetings with separate friends or colleagues for another two hours every week to offer coaching. This makes a total of 4 hours each week.
- 2 hour exercise of coaching a co participant every week.
- minimum of 1-2 hours every week, offering coaching to someone outside the program.

PART THREE - mentor coaching
Included in the program are 10 hours of mentor coaching.
