Dialogue

The Dialogue Process is developed from the research of the quantum physicist, David Joseph Bohm, and gives an insight into what needs to be present and created to allow for effective communication and an environment rich of creativity. Participants get to experience a conscious-raising process which is a genuine and rather extraordinary experience. Attention is paid to what ingredients are present when the dynamics of a process of communication brings out thinking which enhances awareness.

Most group discussions depend on individuals asserting patterned opinions and judgements, unconscious as well as conscious. David Bohm calls it “thoughting” rather than thinking, meaning remembered, recorded thoughts, the opposite of thinking. The focus oo producing a “product” in group discussions often forces a decision, a conclusion or a consensus. The Dialogue process allows participants to become aware of their own assumptions, beliefs and judgments and connect to the created collective field of awareness and insight.

The Dialogue process may be used as a “kick off” or giant step towards implementing sincere communication skills and change processes. This step should be followed by group or individual coaching, since sustainable change needs continuous exercise. You don’t build strong muscles by exercising only once. Participants will experience and bring home a set of “Core Features” which allows for effective communication.

SAID ABOUT EVOLVIA

The work evolvia does is for everyone ready for a study into one self.  I found it very useful to find out more sides regarding work.  It helped me to see my own inner drive.  Also I got to see what I really am doing, what roles I take and what I want to do.  It was very useful to get a new and wider view on things.
