When you have decided to accept participating in a coaching process, the next step is to commit to one specific contract with one coach. The most important foundation in a coaching relationship is trust. Genuine and full trust. You may look at their profile, how they express themself, but the meeting, by phone, in person or in mail will tell you if trust is there. The first meeting will be about starting to create trust. You will introduce your self and the coach will tell their background.

The coach does not need the same background as you. The main thing is that you respect the person and like to around the person.

Coaches may have special interest, area which they like to coach. You can look for that in their profiles.

Feel free to try a first meeting to find out if trust is there. You are the one who chooses.
