evolvia Coach Training is an advanced and challenging training with focus on self reflection. Participants say they participate to learn about themselves, enhance leadership skills, add new skills in their company, develop a new possible career branch. You are welcome to participate from your reason. Coaching methodology is very useful in various areas of working and private life.

To mention some areas where participants say their use of coaching methodology has had an effect; in creating responsibility with employees, to enhance independent working skills, releasing happiness at work, in relationships as parent - child, in marriages, clearifing future visions, fullfilling dreams, releasing creativity, in feeling nurished. To learn coaching is not only easy it challenges you old behaviors and patterns. You will have awaken to who you want to be and what is important to you.                        

The evolvia Coach Training prepares you for application for international certification, ACC, which stands for Associated Certified Coach, which is the name of the first level of certification with International Coach Federation. Read more about the different certification levels.

The evolvia Coach Training, last during a period of three or four month, using about two days each month, between 9-17. It adds up to 64 hours of specific coach training with is what is needed as a ground for certification. The goal of the program is to help you become a powerful and successful coach. We are of the opinion that taught processes and techniques are not enough to be a coach. We consider that a powerful coach needs to be flexible and have the ability to coach based on intuition.  To achieve this goal we want coaches themselves to have undergone the coaching process and to have come a long way in their own personal development.
