In sports, optimal game performance is what we expect from the elite. In this training we get a glimpse of what conscious strategies, behaviors and methods the trainer of a winning team uses. We are presented with a set of activities that are proven to be successful. Leaders and managers get to practise, exercise and try new methods and approaches. We offer an interactive workshop where you are in the focus, challenging yourself and your old ways of behaving.

TRAINERS
The Evolvia Winner Mindset is created and lead by Guðmundur Þorður Guðmundsson, Program Manager and head coach of the Icelandic men´s handball team which lead the team to the silver medal in the 2008 Beijing Olympic games, finishing a masters degree in Finance and International Banking spring 2009 and Matilda Gregersdotter owner of Evolvia, pioneer in coaching methodology, PhD candidate at School of Human and Organizational Development, Fielding Graduate University, CA, and Professional Certified Coach, PCC, with International Coach Federation.
